I’m passionate about helping you grow and make an impact
Meet Emily
I’m Emily: leadership and career coach, learning and development consultant, long-distance runner and triathlete, crafter, baker, and just a girl trying to figure it out. I have always been called to teach, help, and support, which I formally started in the equestrian industry as riding instructor and horse trainer. When the winters got too cold, I transitioned into early childhood education, earning my Master’s degree in Teaching and supporting dozens of pre-service teachers in their first school-based interactions with young children. Two years before the pandemic, I left teaching and entered the nonprofit world, climbing until I reached the C-suite. Pivoting once again, I joined a for-profit company (with truly great benefits for the first time in my career) and led the operations training, content design, user acceptance testing, and sales scripting teams. After living here for several years, I’ve learned Chattanooga is where dreams can be realized.
My personal mission is to help women figure out what the heck they want out of life and then go get it. We put so much pressure on ourselves to do the right thing and take care of our people that we forget to take care of ourselves, which often just means listening to that voice inside telling you to do the thing!
If you are a mid-career professional, trying to decide where to go next, or are looking for a new course to chart in a new industry, let’s connect! I’ve been there and want to help you feel nourished by your work and get excited for the future. Both are within your reach, I promise!
I can help.
